ONE DAY ADVOCACY TRAINING FOR KEY STAKEHOLDERS

Improved Maternal and child health is very key to every nation’s development. Child and maternal mortality rates for example are basic indicators of a country’s socio-economic level and quality of life and as Ghana strives to attain the middle income status, the need to address both maternal and child health issues cannot be over-emphasized.

BASIC TRAINING FOR COMMUNITY BASED HEALTH AGENTS (CBHAs)

Community Based Health Agents (CBHAs) are volunteers selected by their communities to be trained to render basic health services to their community members.

On 14th and 20th May 2009, Hope for Future Generations, a community based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) donated water and sanitation facilities to Atwereboanda and Obrawogum D/A Schools in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of the Central Region.
