THE SECRETARIAT

HFFG has its headquarters in Accra. The project area offices are headed by Project managers who are supported by Field supervisors.

Other staff at the offices are an Administrator, a Secretary and a Capacity Building Officer. There are other professionals who assist in the office as and when their services are needed.

Each project is managed by a Project manager with a minimum qualification of first degree in the Social Sciences and or Masters in Public Health with relevant field experience.

Generally, Field Officers and community based volunteers who assist project managers. HFFG has staff strength of seven and volunteers at each project office.

Each Project Office has an Advisory Board, which draws its membership from the community in which the project is located. The local Advisory Board meets quarterly and makes recommendations on project activities.

Nationally, HFFG is governed by a 6-member Board of Directors- persons of reputable social and medical standing, including women.
