Pfizer Immunisation Project

Low child immunisation coverage still remains a public health issue. Hence, the Ghana Coalition of NGOs in Health with financial support from Pfizer, a pharmaceutical company in the United States of America, is implementing the Pfizer Immunisation Support (PIS) Project in 6 districts and 60 communities in the Volta Region.

Watershed Programme

The Watershed Project is a strategic partnership between the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and IRC, Simavi, Wetlands International and Akvo. It is expected that the project will contribute to delivering improvements in the governance and management of Water Access, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) as well as Water Resources Management (WRM) services to its beneficiaries in the Western Region of Ghana.

USAID Care Continuum

In 2016, USAID Ghana funded the Strengthening the Care Continuum project, led by JSI, to lessen the challenges faced by key populations in dealing with high levels of stigma and discrimination; limited access to key positive behaviours and information; inadequate access to friendly and comprehensive services including HIV Testing and Counselling (HTC), family planning and other sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).

The Golden Line Programme

The Golden Line Programme is a 5-year programme been implemented by a consortium made up of 3 international NGOs namely SIMAVI, Solidaridad and Healthy Entrepreneurs. The programme is working towards economic empowerment of women living in and around Artisanal and Small – Scale Gold Mines (ASGM) in Ghana and Tanzania.

Get Up Speak Out (GUSO)

GUSO targets young people (10 - 24 years) in the Northern Region of Ghana. The project contributes towards ensuring that all young people fully enjoy their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in productive, equal and healthy societies.
